Floyd Mayweather is in trouble with the law again.
The boxer, who has been barred from seeing his children and is awaiting a hearing on multiple felony charges, has been accused of misdemeanor battery against a security guard.

As first reported by TMZ, an employee inside Mayweather's gated Las Vegas community approached the athlete late yesterday afternoon and inquired about a parking situation. Mayweather allegedly responded to the question by poking the man in the face with his finger.
Police were called to the scene, but Mayweather did not answer their knocks on his front door. The case has now been turned over to the DA, who will decide whether or not to pursue it further.

Coming to The Hangover 2: Bill Clinton!

Goodbye, Mel Gibson. Hello, William Jefferson Clinton!
That's right, the former President of the United States will make an appearance in The Hangover 2, which is now filming in Thailand, a Clinton source reports.
Clinton shot his brief appearance Saturday in Bangkok, where part of the production takes place, and where he was delivering a speech on clean energy.

I feel your pain ... hangovers are the worst!
Bill Clinton will play himself in the cameo. This is not the same role Mel Gibson was hired and then fired from (that part will now be filled by Liam Neeson).
Directed by Todd Philips, the sequel brings back stars Bradley Cooper, Ed Helms, Justin Bartha and Zach Galifianakis, who reportedly torpedoed Mel's cameo.
Hopefully no one among the cast and crew objects to center-left political views or Oval Office dalliances with cigars, because we can't wait to see Bubba on film.

Fashion Face-Off: Lea Michele vs. Nelly Furtado

You won't see Lea Michele and Nelly Furtado mentioned in the same story very often.
One is a key member of the Glee cast, while the other is a singer with a couple major hits on her resume.
But the two beauties share more in common than merely a solid singing voice, as both were spotted at public events over the last couple weeks in the same dress. Loyal THG readers know what that means: It's time to compare and contrast Lea and Nelly, coming to a conclusion about them in the following poll...

Lindsay Lohan Orders Michael Lohan Off Premises

So much for that warm reunion between Lindsay and Michael Lohan.
Back at her L.A. apartment for the day before heading back to rehab in Palm Springs, Lindsay had security officers at her building remove her estranged dad.
Michael showed up, unannounced, in the lobby of Lindsay's apartment building late last week. Security called LiLo and she told them to send MiLo packing.

The recovering actress was reportedly upset he showed up on her doorstep. Michael ended up leaving without a fuss, but the damage is apparently done.
Someone in Michael's camp (which apparently exists) claims he was just trying to bring his little girl some Chinese food for dinner. Guess it didn't take.
"This is so disappointing," Lindsay reportedly told a friend. My father hasn't changed, even though he kept telling me he had. My mother is right, yet again."

Meanwhile, the star's mom, Dina Lohan, is refusing to join forces with her ex in Lindsay's therapy at Betty Ford, which rehab officials have encouraged.
Dina has visited Lindsay in rehab for the last three weeks and gone to every family day possible. But Dina has no intentions of going there with Michael.
Michael is down with doing it next month.
Beyond the usual animosity, Dina Lohan is very upset at how Michael has been photographed several times with Lindsay since their brief reconciliation.
Dina says she can keep Lindsay away from the cameras and wonders why he can't. Lindsay was also "furious" when pics of her and her dad surfaced.
Members of the Lohan family upset about being on camera? Two out of three of them anyway? That's gotta be a good sign ... unless you're Michael.

Mel Gibson Admits Slapping, Not Hitting Oksana Grigorieva; Claims He Had to Protect Daughter

Mel Gibson apparently admitted "slapping" Oksana Grigorieva in a sworn court declaration, but his account of their blowout fight is very different than hers.
According to the declaration obtained by TMZ, Mel admits slapping - not hitting - Oksana after she became so hysterical that she was endangering their baby.
In the January 6 fight that sparked a domestic violence investigation, Oksana claims Mel punched her in the temple and the mouth, knocking out two teeth.
But Mel tells a very different story.
Not Okay OksanaIm'ma Smack That!
Mel says he and Oksana were arguing at his home when Oksana grabbed Lucia out her of bassinet, brought her right in the middle of the argument, screaming, "Stop yelling or you will make her into a retarded brain damaged idiot!"
Oksana then "spun around," according to Mel, and ran out into the backyard, which the actor says is dangerous at night, set on different levels and dimly lit. Oksana ran across the various levels for about 75 yards, near thorny trees.
Mel says he implored Oksana to bring Lucia back inside, which she did, but "while jerking her body from side to side to keep Lucia out of my reach."
Oksana was "hysterical" and her "rapid movements were causing Lucia's little body to be flung from one side to the other, her head shaking violently."
Mel says he feared Shaken Baby Syndrome and when she refused to hand the baby over and continued her "rough and erratic movements," Mel says, "I slapped Oksana one time with an open hand in an attempt to bring her back to reality."
"I did not slap [Oksana Grigorieva] hard, I was just trying to shock her so that she would stop screaming, continuing shaking Lucia back and forth."
"I did not hit Oksana with a closed fist, as she alleges. I did not punch her in the face, in the temple or anywhere else, not then or at any other time."
"There was never any blood and no teeth were 'broken,' although one of the false veneers from a tooth apparently came off, I did not see that occur."
"While I do not believe I handled the situation as well as I should have, I was worried about the way Oksana was shaking and tossing Lucia around."
"My hand never touched any part of Lucia."
As we talked about last week, the pediatrician who examined Lucia saw no evidence of injury to the baby. So was Oksana lying about the abuse?
In any event, Mel's story could establish a defense to her domestic violence allegations, using reasonable force to protect a child from injury.

Farrah Abraham: Betrayed By Baby's Grandma

Teen Mom star Farrah Abraham was shocked to learn that the grandmother of her infant daughter Sophia secretly met her and held her last summer.
"I was surprised, I felt so betrayed," Farrah said of Stormie Clark, who is estranged from the Teen Mom, but who has worked tirelessly to see Sophia.
Farrah Abraham hasn't pursued a relationship with Clark since she never approved of her son, the late Derek Underwood, dating her in the first place.

Farrah Abraham is an embattled Teen Mom, but she's a fighter.
Underwood tragically passed away in a car accident two months before Sophia was born in 2009. Since then, Clark and Abraham have been at odds.
But Clark now recalls her first - and only - "surprise" run-in with her granddaughter Sophia in June at a local park in Council Bluffs, Iowa, to Star.
Farrah was not there for the secret meeting. Instead, her nanny handed over baby Sophia to Clark for a photo, which she learned about only later.
"When I saw the photo it seemed to me that Sophia didn't feel comfortable. I feel bad that she was put in that situation," Farrah now recalls.
"I will never have her in the child government day care system again."
Clark says she'll "never give up" her fight to win visitation with her granddaughter, even after an Iowa judge denied her request last month.
Regardless of Stormie's claim, Farrah, who denies claims she's been abusive, is not worried Sophia will ever end up back in Clark's arms.
"I have full custody of Sophia. I'm not concerned. Stormie is out of my life," Farrah said, and hopefully, she's right. Keep up the battle, girl!
